The Business Culture and Language Course offered at CILS is an exciting, motivating course on how to succeed in business using a second language. This course is extremely practical and immediately useful. Our instructors have all had professional jobs in Japan or Native-English speaking countries or both! The course was designed to provide not only language lessons, but also insight into the very culture of business and business language. Culture is the source of language, and the two cannot be separated. In order to successfully understand language, you must also understand something about the culture from which the language grows.
